    Hi Colin,

Can you tell me what weather services you have enabled ? It looks like you have a weather service that reports bad data which will invalidate the mixer graphs. It won't really affect your watering time (I've seen that you have Forecast Correction enabled) as RainMachine uses forecast and only corrects this if there is valid observed data.

I have NOAA and a nearby Wunderground station.  Shouldn't there be some error handling to prevent it from falling apart in this scenario?

Yes, there is but the issue here is that the WUnderground station is reporting 0 degrees Celsius. We usually recommend customers to select another weather station for this kind of issues.

It's actually completely down.  It's been down for > 2 months.  I had a better one selected but changed to this one when things went wonky when power was out in the area of the other station for days after a big storm.  It seems that the mixer really doesn't like a Wunderground station going offline...

I could totally kill Wunderground (which would probably be smartest at this point) but it seems like maybe something better could be done for dealing with Wunderground station outages.

(Edit: I switched back to the original station and it's loaded data from it)

As an aside, this is what I get if I either connect through the rainmachine.com link or directly on my network.  I can click to other tabs, but this doesn't seem to go away if I just sit here:

I added a request for an enhancement for the WUnderground parser. Maybe we can detect from the API when station is down but we mostly expected WUnderground service to deal with these.

For the Web UI issue could you open the Developer/Javascript console and send me a screenshot ?

Can you either hit REFRESH ALL from Settings->Weather (web ui) or from mobile app Settings->Weather -> Refresh for WUnderground or NOAA.

Sure, did a refresh all (did it earlier after changing the wunderground station, too).  Here's the console.  The messages after the last firebaseerror are from that process:

The only way to fix, as I can think of it now is to go to RainMachine API page by replacing /ui/ with /api/4/  in the URL and:

    1. Type your password and press POST auth/login

    2. Scroll down and press POST parser/run (without filling anything) but you can uncheck Simulator from the checkboxes list.

If that doesn't work another method would be to go to Settings->System Settings and change 1 digit from the Location Latitude or Longitude, this should reinitialize the mixer from 0.

Can you also Send Diagnostics from the Settings -> About, so we can investigate the course of events that lead to this error.

I did do a send diagnostics yesterday, I believe, so before I had reset the wunderground station...

Changing the lat digit fixed it.  Everything is as it should be within the web ui now.
