    Hi,

In what browser you have this issue ?

Regarding CIMIS issue, I always entered my key with dashes, but I had problems in the past with CIMIS. I discovered that on the CIMIS website in order to save the requested AppKey, you must also change one of the other account parameters (for example reenter your first name). Otherwise the website does not think you made any changes and will not save the key.

We reported this to them, not sure it got fixed, CIMIS website seems down right now so I can't check.

Hello Nicholas and thank you for the response!

On Win 7, and two different computers that are pretty much identical setup wise, I have tried both Firefox 53.0.2 64 bit (my preferred browser) and IE 11.0.9600.

What I have found, using Firefox and the RM webUI, I copy and paste the CIMIS appkey and set the station (no visible text but it seems to be there), save it in RM, and look at it with my Android tablet and it is there!  So the data IS being pasted and saved, just not visible in the webUI.

The same is true with IE.  It has always been there when I look with my tablet or phone, just not visible in the webUI... odd!

I did finally get CIMIS to function, although I don't know what "fixed" it.  I might have done what you said about making several changes on the CIMIS website and saving multiple times and it finally stuck.

I looked in the log and the CIMIS updates seem to be working, so I dare not change anything.  Maybe they are working on this problem??

Once again thanks for your help!

The RM is a very worthwhile investment to me and so far, seems to be well worth the money!  I have always wanted to automate my sprinklers and have the watering times modified by past and future weather forecast since the drought situation.

Any idea why the data fields are blank even though there is data in them, using the webUI?

    Android works fine.
