Weird problem with the images for my zones.

    Hi, Ingeborgdot
    Can you please tell us the name of the mobile device you use and the version of mobile OS (like Samsung Galaxy S7 and Android 6.0, or iPhone 5S and iOS 10.1).
    We would need this to investigate the issue on our side.
    From what you said it's an issue related to the mobile OS and image cloud server.

    I am using a Galaxy S7 Android 7.0. 

    I'm going to try something else.  Maybe the pic resolution is too high??

    Thank you, we are investigating this right now.
    Please try to update the RainMachine Android application to the latest version (4.1.14). If you do not see the update, please wait some more hours to propagate through Google Play Store servers and please try again with the updated application.

    I do have 4.1.14.  I lowered the res but it still goes away!?  I uninstalled and reinstalled.  Same thing.

    It now works.  I don't know if you did something on your end but it I kept on messing with it and it now finally works.  I kept reloading the page on the computer and maybe that did something.  Who knows but it works now.

    No, nothing on our end, Ingeborgdot
    We told you that we think the issue would be related to the connection with the image cloud server. Some network glitches when trying to save the Zone 5 picture, because each zone has its own address on the image cloud server and maybe that's why in the end it worked for you.
    Maybe you should try using 4G network data, or, if you did that, then a Wi-Fi stable internet connection, or vice-versa.

    I had a WiFi stable network in two different places.  It now works so we are good to go.
