Rain since last run shown in web watering history?
When viewing the watering history using the web, I see references to "Rain since last run" -- that do not seem to be accurate at all. I'm not sure where this data comes from.. The last time there was measurable rain here was Sept. 30th, where my WU site recorded 1.06". The RM mixer indicates that under Rain Observed.. It also indicates no other rain has fallen since. However, in my watering history, I'll have a program that ran on Tuesday 10/3.. On Thursday 10/5, that program ran again - but on the history, it shows "0.22 inch ET since last run.0.07 inch Rain since last run." -- where does this amount of rain come from that has not happened since the last run? Additionally, on 10/1 -- that same info shows "0 inch rain since last run" -- but yet there was the 1.06" of rain that fell since last run.

I am seeing a similar behavior, and it appears to be causing incorrect determination of watering requirement. You can see from view below that there had been no rain for several days. However, RM thinks there was rain and as such did not water the landscaping. Note that the RM is programmed to run every 3 days.

Thats a pretty low ET -- are you sure thats not just from seasonal changes? Even with no rain for the past 10 days, my system has only come on twice during that period for about 10 mins total each time due to ET being much lower now than it is during the summer months. My summer average ET here in NY is 0.22... This time of year though, thats down to 0.02 - 0.08

RM shows QPF as rain in watering history, it can be confusing for peoples using RM with weather station data.
Question rather was what caused zones Water Surplus, not confirmed by station daily measurements.
ET can't be the reason in case, it was on similar level for both program runs.
