    Hi Rick,

That is the data known at the program run time, the forecast might change after program run. This is ok as the forecast correction will take this differences into account for the next watering.

I am seeing a similar behavior, and it appears to be causing incorrect determination of watering requirement.   You can see from view below that there had been no rain for several days. However, RM thinks there was rain and as such did not water the landscaping.  Note that the RM is programmed to run every 3 days.

Thats a pretty low ET -- are you sure thats not just from seasonal changes? Even with no rain for the past 10 days, my system has only come on twice during that period for about 10 mins total each time due to ET being much lower now than it is during the summer months.  My summer average ET here in NY is 0.22... This time of year though, thats down to 0.02 - 0.08

RM shows QPF as rain in watering history, it can be confusing for peoples using RM with weather station data.
Question rather was what caused zones Water Surplus, not confirmed by station daily measurements.
ET can't be the reason in case, it was on similar level for both program runs.
