How to Adjust Results?
I have two programs set up for the front lawn: one waters once per week (used from November to April), and the other waters twice a week (used the rest of year).
The Rainmachine does fine during the summer, but I notice it often underwaters during the winter. I have set the program to water 45 minutes once per week, but it often waters a small fraction of that, sometimes as little as 10 minutes or less, because it must expect rain, but then the rain does not come and the grass does not get enough water.
How can I adjust the operation of the Rainmachine to change results? Obviously, one approach would be to increase the time of the program. I know there is also a setting where you can change the percent of expected rain in forecast to take into account.
Are there any other settings or approaches to modifying how it works and how much time it waters?
I know you can specify the type of irrigation used (drip, sprinkler, etc). Perhaps this setting has application?
Please provide any suggestions so I can make sure the grass gets enough water. Thanks.

You want to have the unit setup for a nice hot summer week so that in this off season it will adjust itself, making it a true set it and forget it device.
I think if you enabled your summer program you would find it would adequately water, another option would be to increase time or frequency of your winter program.
