    Hi, Ed
Of course, it is not normal for the CPU to stay at 100%.
Have you noticed any lag when accessing the device with both web app and mobile app?
A quick fix is to power off and then power back on the RainMachine device. The restriction will not be reset if you do that.

We will also need you to send the diagnostics (Settings - About - Send Diagnostics) and our developers will have a look.

    Thank you, Ed

I will not be on-site where this RM device is located for possibly another week or so, so I will not be able to power off and on until then.  But I just checked again with the iOS app and the CPU usage is showing 99% with memory usage at 13508kb.

One other thing that doesn't seem right is that the WiFi SSID is showing as "none".  However, the RM interface is loading without delay and the weather information seems current.  And I am able to remotely start and stop watering manually.  Curious.

I just sent the Diagnostics successfully from the iOS app.

I'm still seeing high CPU usage (99% - 100%)  and high memory usage (13540kb) on a regular (constant) basis, even on latest firmware 4.0.945 running on my HD-12.

Did not ever receive a response after sending Diagnostics file last year (see prior posts).  Just tried to send Diagnostics again from RM LAN login, but seems to be stuck on "Uploading log files in progress . . . ".

    Any information on this, please?

    Hi Ed

The memory usage is minimal 13Mb for the rainmachine app running on a device which has 512Mb.

The CPU usage seems to spike when doing API calls or other page loading so it's not a perfect behavior but we are monitoring this and we'll improve.
