Impact of Excess Rain?

Hi - my RainMachine (12 zone 2nd gen) will not water when set to adaptive watering.  I live in Houston, and the problem started after we got 54 inches of rain due to hurricane Harvey. Is there a setting I can adjust or reset that will correct the issue?

  Hi, Scott
  Indeed that hurricane Harvey brought a lot of rain in Houston area and your soil must be saturated and that's why the RainMachine decide not to water if not necessary. 
  If you think that your soil needs watering, then you can disable the Weather-Adaptive Watering option for your programs and this way, the RainMachine will water as much as it set.
