Just a loading screen with a watering can?
I think my schedules are still running, and the device is still connecting to my wifi network, but the web interface, and the interface on the device itself are not working. The screen just shows a watering can logo:

Does this happen after a power cycle too?
Try and touch the buttons from the side, doesn't matter that they are not light up see if they respond.
See the picture attached with all the buttons
If that doesn't help either, you will need to contact our support team by email and they will take it from there.
