Actions based on wind?

Is it possible to have the RainMachine take certain actions ("water" or "do not water") based on current wind conditions?

I know that most people want to avoid watering during wind. 
In my particular case, I want to water when windy as I have a stinky water source and I want to dispers the sulfur odor by using wind. :)

  Mark,

  It is possible using IFTTT.com to create a trigger that will cause the unit to water if a wind speed rises above a set amount.
