  If you have only NOAA enabled, there was an issue with NOAA reporting over this weekend, it will auto correct itself (if it didn't already). As a fallback you can activate another weather service like DarkSky: https://darksky.net/dev. Just register and get your free key and set it on RainMachine Forecast.io/DarkSky weather service.

  WUnderground and NOAA should be enough. Can you send me a screenshot from web interface dashboard to see what data does it see now ? 

  P.S. The DarkSky service should be listed as Forecast.io under weather services.

  Weather is fine now, found old post that said to change 1 digit of the lat or long to reset and that worked. I do not see dark sky as option, see below.

  ForecastIO is the Darksky service we kept the old name after they changed it so users don't have to reconfigure their services.

  There isn't a big difference in weather report quality in WUnderground and DarkSky. You can put all 3 services and check their graphs (for example after a rain event) to see which one gives better predictions for your location but the differences should be minimal.
