Enable WeatherUnderground With Weather Rules

Just wondering what effect enabling Weather Rules under the developer tab has?

I have a personal weather station and API key.

  Weather rules were designed to be able to call local RainMachine API depending on different weather conditions. For example you can activate or make a program inactive when a day temperature is above a threshold.

  It's not user friendly, and we are moving functionality from this to zone/program settings.

  Definitely would be good to have better flexibility in incorporating weather sources for adaptive functions! Posted an idea about using local temp sensors for weather adaptation here.
