Help! My landscaping is wilting

I have had my Rainmachine Mini-8 for about 3 weeks. For the first two of those weeks we had plenty of rain so it looked like the unit was working correctly by not watering. The past week or so, no rain, high temperatures and the Mini-8 says no water! Last night I set the unit to manually water a 1/2 hour on each zone. Some setup info:

Four zones, all set to adaptive. Each zone set to sand soil.

Using NOAA and also a local station via FAWN.

Watering history shows Max: 89.7°F | Min: 75.8°F Rain: 0.02 inch | ET: 0.19 inch

Watering twice a week Tuesdays and Fridays.

  Can you check the graphs for Available Water in Web UI ? There is a "show graphs" button next to field capacity for each zone. I guess the RainMachine still thinks you have enough available water.

  The easiest way to reset available water is to recreate the program. You can also reduce the "field capacity" per each zone from the zone properties using the +/- buttons.
