    Can you please contact us directly on help@rainmachine.com 
    We will need to know the exact address you are using to setup the RainMachine Touch HD-12, or a video showing the exact steps you make and where it hangs.

    Does the address suggestion shows up after you tap your address?
    If you try to use just your city, state and country, does it pass this step? Can you please try that. Later you can change the correct address by using the mobile app.
    It looks like there is a bug when saving the address coordinates.
