Is it possible (or advisable) to enter a more accurate custom "Sprinkler Head Type" with this info?

So I'm trying to figure out if it would be more accurate to enter a  custom "Sprinkler Head Type"? 

And it this enough info to figure out what to enter in Custom?

Area watered 11.1m2

Drippers

total flow rate (just to area) 1060 l/h

  For drip depends on the kind of drip but the closest approximation needs to be calculated depending on the spacing and length of the drip lines:
