Has RainMachine abandoned this Community? There seems to be no response to issues and problems lately?

    Boy I sure hope not, I just purchased one of these controllers...

    Hang in there.  I finally got through to them through their support phone number.  The problem I'm having isn't solved yet, but progress is being made.

    They are VERY busy.  They have sold over 60,000 units and most of these in the northern hemisphere which is now warming up and all the new users are getting their system going and some are having problems.  The other factor is the difference in time.  At the present time the core of their technical support folks (the programmers) are all in Europe. 

    It's a good system.  It has a lot to offer compared to the alternatives.

    I've actually been impressed with it and has been great so far.  The only issue I had was with a networking bug, but I was able to get through it without technical support.  It was more your comment that concerned me than anything.  And it's a great thing they are busy, keeps them in business!
