Not Taking Hot Days Extra Watering ??

When I click on Apply for Extra Watering and enter a percentage and then refresh the page the percentage goes back to what it was before I set it which is 150% and the Apply check is gone.  It doesn't matter what value I try to set it to.  Shouldn't my setting still be there and the Apply check still show a check.

  Would be good to know what are you using (web, local UI or mobile) to set this value.
