Zone's not watering (water surplus)

    Its important to make sure we have the right soil and vegetation types set right along with the rest of the zone settings. 

    This should fix the underlying issue that caused this to happen. You can always contact support as well and they could log into your system and help recommend adjustments if the soil/vegetation is setup correctly already. 

    Next thing we can do is get the unit watering again there are a couple of different ways. 

    1. You can use the web interface and edit each zone having this issue and select "View and Manage" under Soil Water Surplus. 

    Use Set To Maximum if you see your soil soaked wet and RainMachine shows no water surplus.
     

    2. You can use the app on your phone and when you go to edit the program, you will see an option to copy it.

    Once you copy each program you can then delete the original. This will cause it to start with a zero available water and start it watering right away.

    Sadly the interface is more confusing that it needs to be.
