Provision returns incorrect valuve for rainSensorRainStart
I have a Hunter RainClik sensor connected to a Pro-16, and wanted to get the rainSensorRainStart timestamp using the Rest API. It shows the timestamp of the last time the rain sensor was cleared to water again, and not the start when the sensor detected rain.
I like having this information as well, but the documentation definitely says "holds the timestamp of the last recorded rain start."

It looks like I was mistaken on this, but still an odd behavior - If a rain event occurs, it will still show the previous rain event (which could be days beforehand) while it is still being delayed due to the rain sensor saying it detects rain. Once the rain sensor clears the rain event, then the rain sensors shows that date/time.
What would be nice is:
1) Show the rain sensor start time of the current rain event.
2) Show when the rain sensor has cleared the rain event, and the rainmachine is back in operation.
I figure since both of these are sent as a notification on the phone app, that it would be possible.
