Rain Machine and EERO

Anyone know of a workaround for the Rain Machine to connect to EERO?

EERO doesn't broadcast as separate "bands" so you cannot select 2,4 for example.

  From EERO specs it should also work on 2.4GHz but I've read about issues with 2.4 connection not working. I can't give you any tips on how to solve this, I think there was someone else on this forum with EERO that made it work but I can no longer find the thread.

  I did fix the EERO issue...does anyone want to buy 3 EERO's?

  You can go into the system settings and select Troubleshooting and temporarily (15 minutes, I think) turn off the 5GHz band. (This is for anyone beside the OP).
