Rotors Low Rate vs Rotors High Rate: How do I know which I have?

Is there an easy way to tell if you have high rate or low rate rotors? The ones I have have the name of the company that installed them on them rather than the manufacturer so I'm not entirely sure what kind they really are.

  Low Rate: Slow moving, very low precipitation rate (~0.35inch/hour)

  High Rate: Faster moving, high precipitation rate (~1inch/hour)
