How do I tell RM to ignore weather data?

I have a 1st gen RM at 3.74 firmware.  I'm trying to disable the "Weather" checkbox in my programs so that they water always at 100%.  Using the web UI, when I edit the program, and uncheck the "Weather Data" checkbox, then save the program, I find that the uncheck doesn't seem to be saved.  If I Edit the program again, the "Weather Data" is still enabled.

Ultimately I just want to find out how to make my machine ignore the weather forecasts, and water at 100% of my zone durations.  Any direction would be appreciated.

  Hic Darren
  Please use the Touch local interface. Tap on Settings button, then on Programs, then tap on the program bame and uncheck Weather Data. It will automatically save this option.
  Please ignore what RainMachine Web app is saying for that option under your program.
