There are many reasons to have Hourly/Daily/Monthly Restrictions. In some environments, people like to Restrict Winter Months, others have Watering Restrictions that have to be met. In any case we have the flexibility to suit your needs.
- Months - select the months that the irrigation system will not start watering activities.
- Days - select weekdays that the irrigation system will not start watering activities.
- Hours - select starting hour, the amount of time and the weekdays that the irrigation system will not start watering activities.
The big difference between Days/Months and Hours restrictions is that the hourly restrictions will reschedule the start of a watering event if watering event will happen in a restricted time interval. The Days/Months restrictions never reschedule a program to start on another day.
Hourly restrictions will reschedule the start time of the zone that will enter in the restricted time during watering, it doesn't reschedule the program start time, just the offending zone. For example if you have defined a restriction from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM, a program starts at 10:00 AM watering the first 6 zones each for 10 minutes, the zone 4 will be rescheduled to start at 11:00 AM (zone 4 should have started at 10:30).
