A RainMachine watering program can be easily created by following few easy steps using the local touch interface, Rainmachine iOS, and Android mobile apps or RainMachine web application.
Description
Name - Ability to edit name of Program
Enabled - Use this feature to enable or disable a Program
Frequency - Selects start time and the program frequency. Available settings are: daily, specific weekdays, odd/even days, every 2 or more days
Start Time - Selects the Start time of selected program. Available option to set duration before or after Sunrise/Sunset
Cycle Soak - Sets Cycle/Soak settings
Delay between Zones - Allows you to specify an amount of time between two consecutive zones, to accommodate specific irrigation systems that require time to fill up water tanks or build up water pressure
Do not run program if Rain Exceeds - This feature allows you to set a Software Rain Sensor. If forecasted rain amount Exceeds set amount, you can snooze for a custom set time frame.
Adjusts watering times based on Weather Data - Allows you to toggle Smart Forecasting on/off on a program level. (Important to also disable Weather on each zone as well)
EPA Recommend Values - This can be selected or used as a base line. This value is generated by the Zone settings, calculated with EPA guidelines.
Add New Program
1.1 Go to Programs
1.2 Click Add
1.3 Name your Program
1.4 Select your Frequency |
1.5 Select Start Time |

1.6 Click on each zone to enable and set its duration with either custom or EPA Suggested Values, or Custom Values.
1.7 Click Save
