Updating RainMachine Mini-8 and Touch HD using the web interface
1.Open https://my.rainmachine.com/login and select the sprinkler you want to update from the list.
2. Access Settings > About and if there is any available update, press Update Now
3. Do not unplug the device from power outlet while the update process takes place.
4. The RainMachine device will reboot itself after the update process is done.
Updating RainMachine HD from the device:
1. Go to the RainMachine Touch HD device itself and Tap on the wrench Settings button.
2. Tap on System card.
3. Swipe left to UPDATES & RESTORE card. Tap on it.
4. Wait for the update message to appear. If there is a new update released you will be asked to proceed by tapping the update button.
5. Do not unplug the device from power outlet while the update process takes place.
6. The RainMachine Touch HD device will reboot itself after the update process is done.
Updating RainMachine Mini-8 from the device:
1. Go to the RainMachine Mini-8 device itself and long press (3 seconds) both UP and DOWN arrows.
2. On the display it will show the letter U during update, no other action allowed on touch.
3. It will show 'o' if update Ok or already up-to-date and will restart app. Will show E if any error occurred.
4. Do not unplug the device from power outlet while the update process takes place.
5. The RainMachine Mini-8 device will reboot itself after the update process is done.
