Manual settings of RainMachine for WIFI

Had to change service providers for broadband.  Can't connect to new network topology. Had this problem with another device.

 

New network is on subnet 255.255.0.0; old network standard 255.255.255.0.

 

How do I specify in the Rainmachine-12 under the manual settings this designation?  I had a Trane thermostat that wouldn't connect, and by specifying the subnet mask it did,

  Howard, hello!

  Happy New Year!

  I had the same issue as you and I went to my Touch HD-12 device screen, tapped Settings - System - Wi-Fi - Static IP - Enable and then took all the cards and enter the correct info and on the Network Prefix I put 16 that is for the Netmask: 255.255.0.0 (click on this link to view all of them). I saved it and my device was connected.
