Scheduling By Time Of Year / Seasonally
ImplementedFeature Request: Ability to schedule Seasonally
Right now I have 3 distinct schedules set up, one for Summer, one for Spring/Fall and one for Winter. Each has different requirements as far as number of days, amount of watering etc. - based on how the seasons play out here in Coastal South Carolina.
In the winter, we might only water 2x a week. Spring/Fall might be every other day. Summer might be every day.
What I'd appreciate is the ability to schedule those to change over automatically on a given date. Granted, this system is for a bit more active minded person, but life gets busy - and I might forget for 3-4 weeks that I really wanted to change over to a different watering pattern. Therefore, having it programmed so I don't forget assures that it happens even if I don't do it manually.
I could see this feature being especially valuable for irrigation companies who recommend your controller and for non savvy tech folks to make sure the seasonal changes happen - even if the installer/maintenance company only makes it out once or twice a year.
Saw this suggested elsewhere, but not in the official Feature Request section.

This feature is now implemented on current beta update (>920): https://support.rainmachine.com/hc/en-us/articles/230333608. Programs can now have a start date and an end date.

I absolutely want this feature! I have specific watering amounts that change on Mother's Day, then I increase on Father's Day, then less on Labor Day. I have these set as three separate programs. I would love this to be automatic to where I could set a start date and an end date per program.
