Zone not running? Says Water Surplus or Minimum Watering Time

So, all of my other zones are running now (after mistakenly setting the rain sensor wrong the other day with the check box saying the sensor is normally closed).  However, my last zone doesn't seem to be operating correctly.  Yesterday it said that zone ONLY had a rain surplus (the others ran) and today it said minimum watering time.

What's going on??

  I also just installed a Hunter Rain Click sensor to my mini 8. There are two ways to connect it to the unit; Normally open or Normally closed. I used the normally closed wires and also set the app to the same. Is this correct? There is no indication on the set up of which way is the right way.

  I don't know about the rain sensor, I use a weather station instead and don't bother with the sensor.  I might be able to help you on the zone, post a pic of how your zone is set up.  If the the ET was low and there was a water surplus, then the minimum watering time might have been triggered correctly.  Mine was set to 30 secs by default. So if the Water surplus - ET was greater than your water needed and less than Min. Water time that is why its says minimum water time.

  Really only way to manually calc it would be looking at your zone to see how its set up and then look at the log.  Post both might be more easier to figure out.

  Minimum watering time, is set from Settings > Restrictions. If a zone duration, after weather and soil available water consideration is below this setting, the zone won't be watered and the duration will be added at the next run.
