Time Zone

I'm confused at which time zone to use. I live about 20 miles outside of Toronto Ontario Canada. There are 2 options available.

America/Toronto (currently selected)

Canada/Eastern

 

Which one should I be using. (is there a difference)

  For Toronto it looks like the correct time zone is America/Toronto
