Water frequency setting of "Every X days" does not work

 I currently have frequency set to every 3 days, yet the cycle remains watering every other day. When I a djust the number of days between watering it is not reflected in the main screen nor does the "next run" date adjust. 

 

Tech support told me it takes 6 hours for this to update on the UI, well you can see by my screen shots it's been multiple days and the display nor the actual watering schedule has adjusted based on my selection. They rebooted the device and reinstalled the software for me...no luck.

Anyone else have this problem? I simply want to water every 3 days...water Monday, not on Tuesday, not on Wednesday, not on Thursday, water Friday, not on Saturday, not on Sunday, not on Monday, water on Tuesday, etc.

  Every 3 day means water one day, two not, next yes, two next not, etc
  Looking at shedule wanted, you probably should use every 4 day? (not 3 days)

  Thanks. You get different answers on how that works depending on who you talk to at RM. But that aside, if I have 3 or 4 selected, it's still watering every other day which is not correct.

  OK, I suppose you edited the same program many times to try. It doesn't change watering history, visible on first attached picture, where watering was changed to every 2 days (Jun 25, Jun 27).
  This picture shows also new 3 days schedule starting Thu 29 ... in feature.
  Or try to do something else to be sure.
  Step 1 - disable current not working program as you think
  Step 2 - create new program with expected schedule (will be enabled by default) and wait a bit to see how it will work.

  I seem to remember talking to someone last year at RM about this problem and that it's a bug and you should not change the frequency setting of an existing program.  The only way I've found to change this is to delete the program and start again with the desired watering frequency.

  Hopefully, if they ever get around to getting the watering by frequency feature implemented, this might get fixed.
