Summer Average ET exceeding max daily Summer Et

The graphic below indicates that the summer average ET for my location is .28 inches.  Yet the "Daily Evapotranspiration Seasonal Adjustments" show a max of .26in in the summer time.  One must be incorrect.  Given my knowledge of the local conditions, I would guess the Seasonal adjustment graph to be correct.
