Sync is not working between devices

    I think I'm seeing the same problem.  

    If I access my RM from my phone vs ipad vs web, they'll all show different watering times for the same program after I've edited it.  

    I also believe that the web interface is taking precedence.  

    Is this a known issue?  

    Is the web UI the only reliable way to manage programs/stations?

    Hi, all
    The data from the RainMachine is not saved on our servers - this is a part of the cloud independent RainMachine feature. The mobile/web app fetch the data directly from the RainMachine device. Each of them (mobile/web app) has their own data cache.
    To empty iOS RainMachine mobile app cache go to Settings - System Settings - Advanced Settings - Clear Local Cache
    To empty your desktop browser cache user CTRL+R (CMD+R) to reload the RainMachine web app page.
    Depending on your internet connection speed the new and updated data should be visible on each application.

    Program edits will also be visible after a new session of data download from the RainMachine device.
    Each mobile phone/tablet or desktop browser independently "ask" the RainMachine for updates.

    I have done the above, both my iPad and my iPhone are showing the same data. I have an android device which is showing the date of that agrees with the web user interface. The iOS devices are incorrect they do not show historical data while the web interface in the android device does show historical data.
