Custom vs. Suggested time

Ok, so I read the knowledge article and understand the difference between custom and suggested. What I do not understand is why when I choose custom duration for 10mins and hit save, on the main Program screen is shows 5m29 secs vs. 10mins.    I have cycle soak on auto and adaptive watering is on.

  This might be an issue with the RainMachine Apple iOS app that we would have to investigate because we couldn't replicate it on our side.
  If you create a new program or delete the one with the issue and create another one the times are showing correctly?
  We're sorry for this inconvenient we will fix this bug in our next mobile app version.
