Integrate with utility companies

It would be nice if there was integration with utility companies.  In particular, being able to read the irrigation water usage from the online water bill.  This would give RainMachine a more accurate idea of the water that it is utilizing, as well as being able to generate trends data.  It could also be able to analyze the cost of water and show how much money it is saving.

  It would be nice if the Utility company's could have 2 meters, one for Inside water usage and one for Outside water usage.  

  At some point in future we do want to implement flow sensors, to help determine this. 

  For now we only have the estimated water usage based on each zones properties.

  Flow sensors would be a great addition.
  
  In many parts of Florida, we do have 2 different meters.  Irrigation water is billed at a different rate than household water.  Household water also has a wastewater fee whereas irrigation doesn't.
