When you edit each program it will show you the "Total Time". You can take the "Start time" + "Total Time" will give you an idea for when your program will end.

You can also set an hourly restriction this will ensure you do not water in the restricted times.

What about the months?  Do I not need to check them since it only goes from May to Sept?  Should I just do it with the hourly restriction and not the month?

Hi, go only with Hourly restrictions, since Monthly restrictions will apply to all your watering activities, but you just want to restricted from Noon to 7PM, but you may need to water let's say - in the morning. So, if you set Monthly and set other programs to start in the morning, they will not start, but if you set Hourly restrictions, from 12Pm till 7PM, then all you other programs that will not have the start time in this timeframe will start as scheduled.

Choose "Settings" - "Restrictions" - "Hourly Restrictions"
    Start time: 12:00
    Duration: 420min that's equal 7 hours
    Weekdays: all weekdays

Now, you will have to disable this restriction in September, there is no way to automatically being disable, from what I know.

Anyway, if you do not want to water at all during this months, then choose Monthly restriction and that's it :)

    Thanks
    Josh

I guess I do have one more question about water restrictions.  We have water restrictions on watering grass from 12 - 7 but not for drip irrigation.  How can I impose the restriction just on the lawn and not on the other program of drippers?  Thanks.

You can always setup programs start times accordingly, the programs maximum watering time is the sum of all zones multiplied by the *Hot Days* extra watering percentage (if it's 200% then maximum watering time is sum of all zones * 2).

The hourly restrictions were mostly introduced for the cases where a municipality restriction comes in effect for a short duration and you don't want to redo all your programs.

Anyone find a solution on Ingeborgdot's last question here?  I want to know if there is a way to bypass water restrictions by station?

Perhaps we could make restrictions more customizable, by making them valve specific?
