Zone images not appearing in web interface

    Hi, Michael
    We're sorry for this issue causing you troubles. It looks like we had some problems with the images server that is now fixed.
    Would you please try saving your zones once again in order for the images to be uploaded correctly and fetched by the web application too?

    We would also appreciate if you can tell us the Android device you have and its Android OS version.

    Thanks but that didn't seem to help.  I re-saved zone 1, changed the image twice and saved again, checking each time, and that didn't seem to make any difference.

    I'm on a Samsung S7 Edge running Android 7.0. 

    Does the Android app not use the "image server"?

    I am having the same issue. I uploaded pictures onto my Samsung S6 Edge+, but they did not show up on either my web interface or my other phone which is a Samsung S7 Edge.  

    Is there a fix in the works for this?  Thanks!!  Otherwise - LOVE the device!!

    We just tested that right now and it's working from our side using the RainMachine Android app accessing the RainMachine Mini-8 remotely using the Android phone 4G connection.
    It worked and the zone image is showing on all platforms Android, iOS and Web.

    We did have an issue with the image server, but it is fixed now.
    We could not reproduce this upload issue on our side.
    Can you try using a 4G internet connectivity on your phones or maybe another Wi-Fi network and try again?
