Setting Zone Default Times
Having an issue when using Alexa to turn on a zone. Right now, the time for watering only supports 5 minutes per zone - the Rainmachine app default.
I'd like to suggest allowing the user to set the default time per zone. When you go to Zones and then click edit, there should be just one more user field which is “default run time”. Probably best to set max at 1 hour for obvious reasons. You don’t want it run infinitely by accident.
This way when you ask Alexa to “turn on zone 1” she will do what she does now, except will use the user defined default instead of the app’s default of 5 min.
Make sense? Do you think this is an easy enhancement?

What I did, make a program that did what you suggested - zone for an amount of time. Call it what you would like, I call them by the area of what is being watered. Make the program 'Not Enabled' and also turn off 'Weather Adaptive Watering' - Alexa can run programs that are 'Not Enabled' just fine. If you do not like the word 'Program' which you must tell Alexa - make a group of only that one program and call it something different - so you can go directly to the RM with 'Alexa turn on program front yard' or with a group you can say 'Alexa turn on water front yard' where the group points to the RM program, called anything.
