First off, there's a bug in the Web UI if you use the suggested run times (or percentage of suggested) for any zone in a program, the web UI states the total duration as if the program was set up as a daily program. The iOS app UI states the correct duration, but not a web browser.

My main question is about setting up start times for a program. My municipality has a water restriction between 11AM and 7PM. If I set up a fixed start time based on a 100% run, I would have to start watering the evening before in order to finish by 11. However, if I only need to use 25% of a full watering cycle, I would prefer to water in the morning. Would it be possible to have a floating start time based on a fixed end time?
