Weather Service Data
I'll post my second question separately.
Under Settings/Weather/Weather Services, I only have "NOAA" selected, which is the default.
Is there any advantage to selecting more services or is it better to just go with this only? I live in an urban area (San Jose, CA) and do not know of any specific local weather stations near me.

You can select another weather service as a backup solution, or if you feel the forecast from NOAA doesn't really match what you see you can add another service that gives better information.
Other than those, some people prefer to add services like Weather Underground or NetAtmo to receive measured precipitation, temperatures, wind instead of just forecast, with Forecast Correction enabled this can result in better water savings.
