Let us skip straight to the Dashboard

When first launched we get a screen where we must choose the Rainmachine device, and are then taken to the device's Dashboard.

For those of us with only one device (and I suspect this is true for most), this seems like an unnecessary step. Why not have the app recognize when there's only one device and automatically select it and go right to the Dashboard?

 

This is for the iOS app; I don't know if the Android version works the same way

  Yes, Android does the same thing... Maybe an option to go directly to the dashboard IF you have more than one device (an option in settings in the app), and which device, if more than one, the app should open first.

  Completely agree with these suggestions!!   An option to open the app directly to the dashboard (or zones or setting sub-menus) would be really useful and would eliminate up to a few unnecessary steps, depending on which menu each user prefers to see.  Also agree that most people are likely to only have one device - so seeing the device menu isn't really needed in most cases.  Personally, am on android.

  Please add this feature, RainMachine!! Selecting the device every time I check the Dashboard is a pain. Just enable a “default” device selection for auto-login. Done!

  While it isn't that much effort to select my unit, I agree that it would be nice to have a 'Multiple Units" toggle that would make the selection page active, else, skip to the dashboard.

  I'd also like to see this added as an option in the settings to take us directly to the dashboard on the mobile app.
