Web View - What day is it?

Today is June 01, 2017:

May 31st is gone - never happened and now we are back to May 01. Many web view pages are incorrect - weather.  Some simple screen shots - Android seems correct. My opinion, but I think something is incorrect.

  Also shows up for me on Watering History under Settings. Firmware version 4.0.900

  OOPS!  calendar didn't get the 31st and rolled back to May 1st.

  4.0.0900 also (NOT the beta release)
