Bug in forecast month display

Appears that there is a bug in displaying the correct month. When OCT changed to NOV the forecast days changed but the month still shows OCT but should show november

  Hi, Scott
  It should be fixed by now and November month name will show instead of October.
  There's an issue with the javascript date&time function that we would have to fix.
