Change order of Forum threads based on most recent post
ImplementedIt would be a lot easier to follow current topics and the latest replies if the Forum reordered the list of threads based on the latest post date and time. The thread with the most recent post should appear first in the list.
Most community forums that I have seen operate this way.
Would that be possible on the RainMachine forums?

Hi, Ed
Thank you for your suggestion.
It is already implemented. Each of our 4 topics pages will now open by default into "Recent Activity" sorting, not into the "Newest Posts".
So whenever there is a reply to a post in a topic will be automatically sorted and put it first on the list.
Hope that this will answer your suggestion, Ed
Thank you.

Great, thanks. But it is still slightly confusing to see the name of the original poster and the time of the last post, but not that last poster's name. Most other forums do list the date/time of the last post in a column called Last Post, which could/should also list who made that last post.
Just a suggestion, but I think it would greatly improve the clarity of your forums.
