Daylight Savings Time -- notifications glitch

I've noticed on both Android & iOS that the program and zone notification messages are not correct since the switchover to DST.  For example, I have a program set to run at 6:15 a.m. and the notification triggers off at the correct time but the text in the notification message states that the program started at 7:15 a.m..
