Global day restrictions not taking effect

Hello. I'm trying to use the global water restrictions.  I'm assuming the restriction is NOT to water on the selected days.

I setup a global restriction not to water on Friday's.  My daily watering schedule is odd days (today is Wedneday, the 21st.  Friday would be the 23rd).  However, reloading the program shows that next watering will still be on Friday.  I've tried reloading the web browser multiple times (and on my iphone as well) but it still shows that Friday is the next watering day.

When do global restrictions take effect??

  It should show with a red exclamation mark on Friday. If you REFRESH weather information from Settings>Weather it fixes this ?

  Ok, I see that and hovering over it shows the restriction.  It was not obvious to look there. 

  Also, I'd suggest that the main screen change to reflect that the next run day is NOT friday (see screenshot).  I.e. Instead of "Next run on Fri June 23 2017"; state in the text that there's a restriction (more than an exclamation point).
