During the next several days we will be performing a scheduled infrastructure upgrade.
This upgrade should be transparent to the end users and it will allow us to support significantly more RainMachines as well as decrease latency when accessing your sprinkler remotely. Should you experience problems when trying to remotely access the RainMachine, please let us know by calling or submitting a support trouble request.
There is no action required on your side. This scheduled infrastructure update and testing should end on 12/15/2017.
