please help a beginner ;-)

i want to Start a program or zone over http on my rainmachine 8 2nd gen and tried this: https://IPADR:8080/api/4/program/2/start 

Nothing happens. Is it possible to Start a program or Zone immediately? 

Can you please give me an explanation for both URLs?
