Hi Everyone.   I have 2 samsung s10+ phones and I cannot connect even when connected  to my wifi at home to one of my units. The other at another home will connect but only internally not externally.

Im more concerned with the one I cannot connect to by phone at all internally or externally.  The app sees the unit and even gives me an internal ip but when I click on it, it just flashes for a split second like its refreshing but never lets me in.  It started months ago but with winter I wasn't really caring.  I even tried from one of my tablets and got the same result.  Is there anything I can try?

I'd also like to find out why externally neither will connect but that is a secondary conscern.

Any tips or advice would be apprecaited!
