Pro-16 Not Saving Changes and Unable to Factory Reset
I have a Pro-16 that is not working. I'm not able to save any changes through the web interface, app, or even the touchscreen. For example, when I try to activate one of my watering programs through the web interface the save button turns red and adds an icon of exclamation point with arrows circling around it.
I've tried factory resetting through the web interface, app, touchscreen, and the physical reset button but none of those options is actually resetting the device.
Really need some help here because I want to start watering for the season.
