NOAA and WUnderground not working

What do I need to do? 

NOAA says: Retrying: URL open fail

WU says: Error: No forecast or station data received.

They just quit working the other day.

  They now work.  I restarted my device and after the 3rd time, it now says success.  Hmmm.  I wonder what was going on?????

  Hi,
  A force refresh for the Weather Services is always a good choice.
  You can do that by either rebooting the device or tap on the weather service from under Settings - Weather and choose Refresh

  The refresh is not instant, it depends on the service available at that moment and the internet connectivity between RainMachine and that weather service. We guess that it has been a connectivity lag that eventually been fixed after many retries you have made.
