Not working. Showing only one right top dot

Hi

I switched on my Rain Machine Mini-8 until after  4 months. Now it is taking lot of time to start and stops at right top dot. Touch screen not working. 

Purchased in Amazon - Ordered on April 11, 2018  

Please let me know how you fix it.

  Pls can some one respond to this. Otherwise I will TRASH the useless system and buy new one. Time to water my plants and Lawn.
